The Band Booster Club Organization is organized exclusively to enhance and supplement musical educational opportunities for The Woodlands High School Band and Color Guard.

The Band Booster Club meets during the school year on the 3rd or 4th Thursday of the month in the Band Hall. All Band Parents are welcome!

Leader of the Booster Board and parents. Coordinates with Band Director to set direction for the year.

Works as a liaison between the Band Booster Board and Color Guard students and families.

Takes notes from meetings and communicates instructions between the Band Booster Board and parents.

Marc Berry

Processes payments from TWHS Band Booster Club to vendors, staff and consultants.

Steve Trahan

Processes receipts of funds to TWHS Band Booster Club and send out parent financial statements.

TRAVEL TEAM
Kera Estrada

Coordinates the band's travel to both UIL State and BOA Super-Regionals (San Antonio)  / Grand Nationals (Indianapolis).

Coordinates the corporate sponsorship program for TWHS Marching Band and Guard programs.

CHAPERONES GAME DAY

Coordinates bus riders / chaperones for football games and local marching competitions.  

CHAPERONES TRAVEL
Amy Brown / Edith Hale

Coordinates and manages chaperones for our Bands of America (BOA) competitions in San Antonio and Indianapolis. 

FOOD CREW GAME DAY
Jodi Clough & Shana Hulet

Coordinates meals for football games and local contests. Please contact food crew for food allergies and questions.

FOOD CREW TRAVEL

Coordinates feeding the band and guard for any marching contests that require travel.

FUNDRAISING
Jamie Anderson

Coordinates all fundraisers including wreaths, mattress sales, Spirit Nights and more.

Coordinates Band Exhibition and BBQ Dinner. Manages judge / director meals as needed.

LONE STAR PREVIEW
Melanie Bush & Jeremy Stumpf

Coordinates the band's largest fundraiser / marching competition held in October.

MERCHANDISE
Mary Clarke & Ali Albrecht​

Sells required band items, orders show shirts and reserves BOA Super Regional / Grand Nationals tickets.

NURSE / MEDICAL
Jeanette McMullen

Provides medical support to band and guard students at all football games and marching competitions. 

PAVILION
Debbie Price & Juan Pagan

Coordinates volunteers and runs the band's concession stand at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. 

PIT CREW
Karina & Willie Pack

Builds prop items needed for Band and Guard and coordinates movement and loading for band events, including LSP.

SPIRIT
Jennie Berry

Sells and provides spirit items / show items.  Coordinates band celebrations, Senior Nights and hosts the annual Band Banquet.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Manages the Band Booster's online social media accounts including Facebook and Instagram. 

TECHNOLOGY
Serge Stein & Anthony Eaton

Supports the technology needs of all Band Booster areas including the website, payment gateways, service providers and more.

UNIFORMS
Terri Simpson

Manages all marching band uniforms / costumes and provides fit support during competitions.
