Band Payments.

Pay Band & Guard fees, costume fees and other balances. Choose the method that works best for your family.

When paying, always include the student’s name and the purpose of the payment (for example: Band Fees, 2nd Payment, or Guard Costume Fee) so we can credit the right account.

Pay online by card

Complete the secure membership fees form to pay by credit card. A processing fee from the credit card company will be included in your transaction.

Zelle · No fees

Pay by Zelle

Send your payment through the Zelle app to pay@twhsband.org. The Booster Club is not charged processing fees when you pay via Zelle, so more of your payment supports the students.

Add the student’s name and payment purpose in the memo.

Plans & Assistance

A plan that fits your family

Flexible payment plans

Band and Guard fees don’t have to be paid all at once. Families choose a standard plan or an extended plan that spreads the balance over more months, and custom arrangements are available too.

The first payment is a deposit due in the spring to reserve your student’s spot, and the remaining balance is split into monthly installments through the fall. Check the current registration materials, or ask a Treasurer, for this year’s exact schedule and dates.

Financial assistance

No student should miss out because of finances. Needs-based plans and assistance are available on a case-by-case basis, and every conversation is kept confidential. Please reach out early in the spring so we can set things up before the season begins.

Earn toward your fees

Working the Pavilion concessions stand is one of the easiest ways to offset band fees. You earn credit toward your student’s account while meeting other band parents, work one event or the whole season.
