The more money we raise in fundraisers, the more we can lower the annual band fees. Please consider participating in our fundraising programs, Spirit Nights, Kroger Rewards, Wreath Sales and more.

Fundraisers are used to pay for the general expenses of the band. These fundraisers are needed to keep the cost of the annual band fees to a reasonable level and are not used for individual fees.

A Spirit Nights are a great fundraising opportunity for the band to raise money and support the local community.

They are conducted at local restaurants and businesses.  We promote the spirit night to friends and families on social media and encourage participation.  In return, the business will donate a portion of the proceeds for the evening back to us.

Please link your Kroger Card to TWHS Band and every time you shop at Kroger the band earns a small donation.

A Digital Account is needed in order to participate in Kroger Community Rewards. If you already have a Digital Account, then please skip to the section named ‘Selecting an Organization’.

How to Register a Digital Account

Creating a digital account is as simple as 1,2,3! Simply visit or download the Kroger mobile application from the appropriate app store for your device and follow these directions.

  • Select the ‘Register’ button.
  • Enter your information.
  • Select ‘Create Account’.

Please make sure that you add your card number or create a virtual card number while registering your Digital Account. This is required for the Community Rewards program so that your transactions apply towards the program.

Selecting an Organization

Selecting the organization that you wish to support is as simple updating the Community Rewards selection on your Digital Account.

  • Sign into your Digital Account (if you haven’t already).
  • Select ‘My Account’.
  • Scroll down to the ‘Community Rewards’ section of your account page.
  • Select ‘Enroll Now’ or ‘Edit’.
  • Enter the name or NPO number of the organization that you wish to support.
    • The Woodlands HS Band. Booster Club
    • NPO number JR047

Your selected organization will now display in the Community Rewards section of your account page. Any transactions moving forward using the card number associated with your digital account will be applied to the program.
It takes approximately 10 days for the Community Rewards total to begin displaying on your receipt.

Viewing your Rewards Details

Wondering how much you’ve earned towards your selected organization? You may view the total earned during the last quarter by following these instructions.

  • Sign into your Digital Account (if you haven’t already).
  • Select ‘My Account’.
  • Scroll down to the ‘Community Rewards’ section.
  • The amount earned will be listed as ‘Last Quarter Kroger Donation’.

Additional Details

You must present your Kroger Plus Card or provide your Alternate ID at the register during the transaction in order for it to count towards the program. Organization selections must be renewed once a year, during the month of August. Simply follow the instructions detailed in the ‘Selecting an Organization’ section in order to maintain or update your selected organization.

The Lone Star Preview (LSP) is a marching competition hosted by The Woodlands High School Marching Band and Booster Club.

LSP is the band’s largest fundraiser of the year. The local marching competition brings outstanding judges and regional bands ready to showcase beautiful performances to The Woodlands, Texas.

We need over 100 volunteers to put on a successful event – from judge runners to parking lot attendants to concession stand workers – we need all hands on deck!

Please help support TWHS Band by purchasing a fresh wreath item from Sherwood Forest Farms!

The wreaths are made of noble fir and cedar and there’s many Christmas type items to choose from in the catalogue. Look for catalogues to release at the end of September / early October.

If you’re not familiar with Mabel’s Labels, they are personalized, durable, waterproof labels. They are great for everything from shoes, clothing tags, red water jugs, and backpacks. You can customize them with a name and a phone number for your older students or a name and a cute design for your younger kids. They are dishwasher, laundry and microwave safe.

Mabel’s Labels also offers clothing stamps, silicone bands for water bottles, and medical alert labels. This is a great way to ensure your items don’t end up in the lost and found or mixed up. To reduce the spread of germs, we highly recommend labeling but they are also useful for everyday life.

Our annual Spring Mulch fundraiser helps support our neighbors and keeps our community beautiful! With both delivery and pick-up options available, band families, friends and neighbors can purchase bags of mulch direct from TWHS Band Booster Club. With two color options available, our mulch is sourced directly from New Earth, further helping to support our community.
