Working Concessions at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion is a great way to earn money to pay band fees and an even better way to meet other band parents.  You can work one show or most, depending on your interest level.  It is hard work, but it is a lot of fun.

When working at the Pavilion we are under the direction of Aramark.  Workers are required to have a current TBAC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code) card.  This card is easily attained through a  short  online course (several course options):

Aramark usually holds some free courses at the Pavilion in April/May. The card is good for two years. We will communicate training courses at the Pavilion as they are announced.

If you are interested, please register below for more information about volunteering at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion with our Woodlands High School Pavilion crew.

Register for the Pavilion Crew and we will send you more information. While you’re waiting you can speed things along by filling out/completing the following items:

The IRS Form is required as the funds go to benefit you and your student.  Amounts earned under $600 do not need to be reported but amounts over that need to be reported on your taxes.

Once you have completed your paperwork and TABC you will be ready to work.

Our booth is usually called on to work all the events at the Pavilion.   After your paperwork is complete, you will be added to the Pavilion Crew distribution list.  You will receive emails from us with links to sign up genius pages for the various events, usually a month or two in advance. The number of staffing for each show varies from 10-20, depending on the size of the show.  The graduations scheduled in May are slower shows so they are good ones for first timers to learn the ropes.
